Communication

Communication is emphasized throughout the Design/Build process. We provide project leaders in the field who pride themselves on order, cleanliness, quality, and timeliness.

All of your information is maintained in our Project Communication binder, which contains three copies: (1) for you, (1) for our office, and (1) for our field. These Project Communication binders all contain the same set of plans, specifications, and pricing, so we can communicate accurately on your project, whether we are remote or all together at your job site. Any changes made are documented in triplicate and included in all three binders.

These Project Communication binders help us eliminate some of the common communication obstacles, allowing us to keep communication orderly and devote more energy to the quality of your job.
