Congress Park Garage Bungalow Garage

The To Do List:

1. Remove the old garage
2. Clean and store the brick for re-use
3. Turn the garage door toward the alley
4. Reclaim 1000 sq/ft of lawn from old drive next to home

The Result:

A More asthetically pleasing structure that holds two vehicles. Also reducing significant heat from thermal mass the old driveway produced and replacing it with new landscape, hardscape and grass.
